FORCE Automation Inc. and Lukasz Poplawski were selected by a team from Barnes Aerospace to help develop an automated deburring system for a line of aerospace parts.  We hoped to utilize components from a previous automated system no longer being used.  The choice of Force Automation turned out to be of great value.  They surveyed the existing system components and designed a solution making the most of that while advising on what to replace for reliability and capability.  They were able to work with our engineers on phased approach to be certain of meeting the required results while controlling the budget that was committed to.  And the support following commissioning on our floor has been very good.  During the initial month of operation, we experienced issues of different sorts and found opportunities to make minor changes to the process.  Lukasz was always attentive and available.  With his help we were able to stabilize the process relatively quickly and transitioned the production to the automated process in a matter of weeks.  The best testament to their services is our plans to start another similar project with them later this year

I would like to take this time to recommend Lukasz Poplawski and the entire FORCE Automation team. After I spoke with several other automation companies; it was clear that FORCE was going to be the one selected for our project. We recently took delivery of twenty custom-designed burn-in presses from FORCE and are very satisfied with the result.
